Mr. Manley has over 30 years of experience as a finance and banking executive in Texas. Prior to serving as Chief Operating Officer for Armadillo Litigation Funding, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Armadillo Financial Partners, from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2011, Mr. Manley joined Cadence Bank, a newly formed regional financial institution, to help build its private banking and wealth services group. At Cadence Bank, Mr. Manley was responsible for creating a specialized law services practice which lent to law firms with a focus on mass tort claims and structured settlements. Mr. Manley started his career in the management training program at Allied/First Interstate Bank in Houston. He later spent 20 years at BBVA Compass Bank with increasing responsibilities during that time, leading the South Texas Wealth Management and Private Banking Group for BBVA Compass. Mr. Manley received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and completed his Certified Financial Planning at The University of Houston. He is a licensed investment registered representative. Mr. Manley is active in the community, serving as a Guardian Ad Litem for Child Advocates, Inc.; previous Member and Chairman of the Regis School of the Sacred Heart Board; recently served as an Advisory Director for Cadence Bank, as well as a director/advisor for a number of charitable and community organizations.
