In Nicole Bakare's role as Managing Director, she is responsible for enhancing the company's credit offerings and monitoring current portfolios, contributing to the strategic growth and success of the firm and its clients. Ms. Bakare brings extensive experience from her tenure at a large multinational law firm in Houston, where she represented corporate clients in civil litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy-related cases. Her background includes prominent positions at Greenberg Traurig, LLP; Cozen O'Connor; Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin & Robbins LLP; and serving as a briefing attorney for Justice Evelyn V. Keyes at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas. A graduate of The University of Michigan and Tulane University Law School, Ms. Bakare has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2006. Her legal expertise and strategic insight are instrumental in driving Armadillo's investment evaluation processes and enhancing our clients' portfolios.
